Breakfast—that all important start to the day, served in the elegant surroundings of our beautiful oak panelled dining room. We serve fresh fruit, juices, yoghurts, cereals and our hearty cooked breakfast.

Packed lunches are available upon request– made up to individual requirements, guests are asked to order these the day before they are required so that ingredients can be bought.

Evening meals are available by prior arrangement. My speciality is Wensleydale beef, roasted, with Yorkshire puddings and seasonal vegetables. We also serve the most delicious Wensleydale lamb roasts. As a lighter alternative, we offer marvellous Yorkshire ham, home cooked by our local butcher, and served with new potatoes and salad. Other dishes can be prepared upon request.

We are also more than happy to book guests into any of the many fantastic places available to eat at, in the surrounding villages.
