I find typing these guest comments rather embarrassing but do appreciate that people like to know what previous guests thought about a place. I’d just like to say that I really enjoy meeting new people and it’s fantastic when they ring or email to ask if they can come back!
14-18 Feb Robert and Meg—Our 3rd visit! The care and attention Vanessa gives us is second to none-we cannot praise Thornton Lodge highly enough and will be back again soon. 11 Mar Kevin and Jo—This must be the bestest guest house one could possibly visit. Simply wonderful. Back soon, thankyou Vanessa. 2 Apr Mr, Mrs, Ms & Miss Downs– Beautiful building with beautiful grounds. Fantastic most friendly hostess Vanessa. I have included them as they came to stay with me to remember a wonderful man named Robert who stayed with me 6 times. He sadly passed away on the 10th September but will always hold a very special place in my heart. Meeting Robert (& Meg) and all the other lovely people who have stayed with me has proven to be the most unexpected bonus of living at Thornton Lodge.
