When I had my website designed the company would only allow me a few pictures on each page but pictures are the best way to really see what something is like so I have been busy this morning with my camera and have taken some snaps so people can have as good an idea without visiting of what my accessible room is like - in early pictures it has a sofa but over the last winter (2013/14) I bought the lovely wing back chesterfields from a very nice family firm who make them in the UK and have put these in the room so people who need to push themselves up to get out of the chairs can do so.

I do hope you like these pictures. All my rooms are lovely but it makes me so happy when I have guests come to stay who need to have a bit extra help in the ensuite and they love the room so much. The toilet is a little higher than usual and the seat is a darker colour so that anyone with poorer eyesight is able to see it better - this was advised to us by an access assessor. The sink is lovely and large and can be adjusted for height upon request and the taps are a little easier to operate than ordinary square crossed ones.
